This Porsche 911 Targa Sport needs no introduction—a truly iconic vehicle with an honest, original 65,000 miles on the clock. It recently visited our Winchester facility for a professional detailing and dry ice blasting service to restore and protect its underfloor and suspension components.
Deep Cleaning & Dry Ice Blasting Process
To begin, we carried out an initial steam cleaning to remove surface contaminants before proceeding with dry ice blasting—a highly effective, non-abrasive cleaning method. Our goal was to reveal the true condition of the undercarriage after 35 years of grime buildup and previous anti-corrosion treatments.
Dry ice blasting is particularly well-suited for classic and high-value vehicles, as it removes dirt, grease, and old coatings without damaging original components. This process allowed the owner to assess the car’s structural integrity with complete transparency.
Application of Nyalic Protective Sealant
Once the dry ice blasting was complete, we applied Nyalic, a high-performance polymer- based sealant designed to protect:

- Electrical connections from moisture and contaminants
