Michael Laskowski is the driving force behind Könings Detailing and is, without a doubt, one of the most experienced detailers and car paint specialists in the industry.
Here he shares his story…
2018
After a long and fulfilling career in the automotive industry, I took the leap and established Koning’s Detailing. Drawing from my experience working with renowned brands like McLaren Automotive and Rolls Royce Motor Cars, I set out to create a car detailing business that would redefine excellence and provide you, our valued customers, with an unmatched level of service.
My journey began with a single van, a vision, and a burning passion for automobiles. With each project we undertook, we poured our hearts and souls into delivering exceptional results. Word of mouth spread, and the demand for our services grew rapidly.
2019
We moved to our first premises, a charming thatched building in a small village. It was an exciting step forward, allowing us to accommodate more customers and expand our services.
We were committed to delivering nothing short of perfection, and the positive feedback we received further fuelled our determination.
2020
Driven by our relentless pursuit of excellence, we continued to raise the bar. We made a significant move to a larger facility where I took time to design and fit out space with advanced lighting and a temperature and dust-controlled environment.
The space enabled us to provide an even wider range of advanced car detailing services. This expansion marked a turning point for Könings Detailing and solidified our position as industry leaders in automotive care.
We became an authorised distributor and training centre for Nasiol, a leader in nanotechnology and ceramic coatings. This collaboration enables us to offer cutting-edge solutions for ultimate paint protection and shine.
2021
We formed a strategic alliance with Xpel, the leader in the paint protection film market, becoming an official dealer and certified installation centre for Xpel Paint Protection Film in 2021.
2022
We reached another milestone on our journey by commissioning a purpose-built detailing and cosmetic restoration building in central Winchester.
This state-of-the-art facility, designed with meticulous attention to detail, allows us to showcase our craftsmanship and provide you with an unparalleled experience. It is a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
2023
At the beginning of 2023 we partnered with Cold Jet, a leader in dry ice cleaning, which is the latest addition to the services we offer.
We have also moved to a brand-new facility, purposefully built to meet the growing demands of our valued customers.
This cutting-edge space features several thousand square feet, indoor wash bays, well-equipped offices, and all the amenities necessary to ensure a truly exceptional car detailing experience.
The interior works are still being done, but I am excited to invite you to visit our new home.
